Would You Join a Free Parents' Fitness Session at St Helier Open Space Park?

Hey parents!

We’re thinking of running a free fitness session just for parents at St Helier Open Space Park.

This would be a fun and relaxed way to get moving, meet other parents, and stay active. Sessions would be beginner-friendly and could include body-weight exercises, resistance bands, and light cardio.

I know how you feel Lisa! I thought I was too old to learn too but honestly its not as hard as I thought once you get going. Plus the kids love seeing us try (and fall lol).

Thanks for the reassurance Tom. I love the idea of a Sunday planning session. I think my kids would actually enjoy being involved in organising their week. Do you use a whiteboard or a planner for this? I feel like I need something super simple to start with! 😊
